Anyone can start one. Pick access, voting speed, and a creator fee on realized profit — 0 to 10%.

Deposit for non-transferable shares. Shares are voting power and a claim on the treasury. Nobody custodies the funds.

Members write a thesis, pick a venue and band, and vote with a snapshot. No flash-deposit voting.

Grace, execute, exit
Dissenters can ragequit before execution. Anyone can execute. Anyone can leave with their pro-rata share.
